What are your fees?

Each workshop is priced differently. Prices depend on length of workshop requested, number of attendees and in-kind contributions.

 

When a workshop is requested on-site, prices commonly include (but are not limited to): Travel and accommodations, Facilitator's fee, healthy snack, supply fee, and Elder/Guest honorarium. 

 

Event prices differ from workshop prices.

Can I request information about facilitators?

Absolutely. Each one of our facilitators have passed security screening and are professionally trained and experienced in the topic of their workshop. At your request, the name and qualifications of your facilitator can be sent beforehand for poster purposes, etc...  Each facilitator will also speak to their background/qualifications at the start of each workshop.

What if I have to cancel, will I be refunded?

Cancellation Policy

 

Registrations cancelled 30 or more days prior to the on-site workshop or event are 100% refundable. Event cancellations are welcome to transfer credit for future training.

 

Cancellations 8 - 29 days prior to on-site workshop or event are 80% refundable. - Event cancellations may qualify to transfer credit for future training.

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to on-site workshops and events are non-refundable. If at any time you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. 

Events cancellations may qualify to transfer credit to future events. Additional fees may be added for supplies.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or under-enrolment. Liability is limited to 100% refund of workshop fees only. Travel and accommodations will not be included.
