Affirmations are statements we make about our lives that we believe to be true. We say affirmations every day without even realizing it; and more often than not, our affirmations are negative. So we need to first be aware of how affirmations affect our mental state.
This workshop helps us to train our minds to eliminate negative affirmations and replace them with positive ones by exploring habitual affirmation patterns and delve into ways that we can create positive mental images to improve our lives.
